Online Learning
The Office of Inclusive Excellence team believes that everyone should receive high-quality, convenient and engaging content on important topics that shape our world, make our workplaces more accessible, and create new understanding. We offer three kinds of online engagement for students, faculty, and staff:
Professional Certificate
Our office offers a professional certificate to anyone who participates in three (3) or more workshops or other learning opportunities over the course of one (1) semester and who engage in a reflective thinking piece. Participants gain a deeper insight into their own strengths and weaknesses, learn how data drives campus productivity, and how being able to work with a wide array of people can drive their future career success.
Recipients are furnished with limited-edition lapel pin, certificate, and Badgr credential for use in LinkedIn, professional websites, and email signatures. Faculty participants also receive a letter of participation for use in promotion and tenure applications.
Faculty & Staff
Online Learning
Faculty and staff can earn our professional certificate online and on-demand with our new Canvas course. This certificate leverages LinkedIn Learning content, recorded presentations, professional planning and a reflection element and takes about 6 hours to complete.
